As much as he loved being the owner of Storm, keeping up with the paper work was such a bore, especially when he had other things on his mind. Closing the folder full of the places financial records, Wyatt shoved it into the filing cabinet making sure to lock the drawer before he crossed the room and shut the door behind him. The accounts could wait till another night, or perhaps he would pay one of the managers a little extra to do it for him later on. That was one of the perks of being rich – having the opportunity to pay other people to do what you couldn’t be bothered to finish. Of course he was no longer a millionaire since his father had cut him off from the family bank accounts after the death of his mother, but Wyatt was not exactly struggling for money. In fact the club was doing so well that if it continued the way things were then the option of opening another wouldn’t be too far on the horizon – much to James Cunning’s dismay. A small smirk lingered across Wyatt’s lips at the mere thought of his father’s disapproval of his career choice.
Allowing his mind to wander elsewhere, Wyatt made his way down the cold, stone steps in headed of the main bar. He needed a drink. Pushing open the door, the loud pumping of the music filled his ears and his eyes immediately flickered towards the girls that were sliding around poles up on the stage. As much as Wyatt liked the company of women, they weren’t there for him to sleep with – they were there to make him as much money as they possibly could and in return taking home a percentage of it themselves. He headed over to the bar where his head bar tended greeted him and passed him his usual bottle of beer. Sliding onto one of the bar stools Wyatt took a long swig as he glanced around the room frowning at the site that met his eyes. He could see the two men stood at the edge of the room one exchanging a small bag and the other handing over a fistful of money. Wyatt had told them if not a hundred times not do business in the main room of the club in full view of everyone else to see. The place would be shut down with immediate effect if anyone undercover were to witness the dealings that Wyatt allowed to happen for a cut in the price.
Placing his bottle down upon the bar, Wyatt was about to go over there when a familiar head of long hair caught his eye. If he was very much mistaken, Teagan Hobbs and just walked into his club. She had never hung around the place even when they had been together so he couldn’t imagine as to what she was doing there now. He tore his eyes away from her to check on the two guys across the other side of the room but they had seemed to have disappeared, thankfully. Reaching over the bar and pouring himself a shot, he downed it before sliding of the stool and making his way over to Teagan. ”Come to ask for a job?” he asked her sarcastically, gesturing to the dancers on the stage. Wyatt's feelings towards his ex-girlfriend were mixed and confused. What he did know however that she had left him looking stupid infront of everyone when she had ditched him, which caused a huge dent in the twenty three years pride and ego.

833 WORDS FOR WYATT sorry this isn't the best, but it'll get better! HERE is her outfit. DREAM | [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=style, background-color: #6d6d6d;]there was silence that filled the room as teagan sat on her bed, the box of pictures sitting in her lap. it had been some time now that she and wyatt had ended things...well, she ended things. he kind of just had to go with it because she didn't given any options or explanations to him as to why she was leaving him. she just kind of did. she sighed, using the back of her hand to wipe her eyes, brushing away a stray tear or two that had happened to cross her porcelain features unexpectedly. she really missed wyatt. he was one of the most important things in her life and it felt like a giant hole was missing from her heart where he once was. she knew she had to fix things with him. she just didn't know how to explain to him that it wasn't his fault. teagan had tried. she tried to put herself back into his life.
after his mother had passed away, teagan tried instantly to get back in. she knew she had fucked up and she knew deep down that he really did need her, even if he wouldn't admit it. after all, teagan and wyatt had been the couple that survived despite so many doubts. she was the popular, sweetheart in high school and he was the wild child, player and even though everyone constantly told teagan that it wouldn't work, she refused to believe them. she knew she could make things work. she played different games with wyatt. she wasn't going to just be a notch on the bedpost for him. she wanted to stay in his life and stay she did. they dated for a long time and then when her world shattered, her first gut instinct was to push him away in fear. she had reoccurring dreams of that incident and that night. she'd wake up in cold sweats, tears, clinging to her covers. there were nights when she couldn't sleep at all and would just toss and turn all night, praying for even an hour of rest.
she saw how wyatt reacted to their breakup. he moved on, flirting and hooking up with women, spending time at the club, and she had recently heard of his new interest in drugs, which shocked her, honestly. that wasn't the wyatt that teagan knew and she knew that she had to do something about it. she made her way to the vanity, sitting down and fixing her makeup, knowing she needed to look as presentable as possible for him if he was going to take her seriously. she had tried calling, texting, trying to meet up, but he wouldn't have it. finally, she knew the only way she could talk to him and make him stay was in public. at the club. storm, somewhere she never dared to venture anywhere near. she didn't like the fact that he owned and ran that club, but it was his income and something he was passionate about. even when they were dating, teagan wouldn't go near the place, but she knew she had to suck it up and see him. it killed her not seeing him.
she went down to her car and got in, clenching the wheel as she drove down the road to the infamous club that she was not at all familiar with. she parked far away from the entrance and pushed her sunglasses up on her nose, disguising herself in the parking lot as she made her way to the entrance. she pulled her sunglasses off once inside and was mildly uncomfortable in the environment. there were men everywhere and girls sliding and dancing up and down poles. the bouncer looked her up and down and recognized her, but she put a finger to her lips, not wanting him to say anything. he shrugged and she walked away, pushing through the crowded club to find that familiar, handsome face that she loved more than anything.
someone grabbed at her and she instantly jumped, squeaking slightly. she pushed further on, trying to move quickly. instantly, reminders and memories of that night and her rape came back to her and she felt herself panicking, unable to locate wyatt. "come to ask for a job?' relief flooded over her as that familiar, cool voice hit her instantly and she whipped around, her curls following as she looked up into the face of the love of her life, wyatt. her stomach churned with guilt, but also anger. she hated that he was speaking to her like this. "funny, but no. look, wyatt, i really need to talk to you," she replied quietly. she reached forward to touch his arm, but she was unsure of how he'd react to her touch. it was so good to see his face. everything about it reminded her of the missing pieces in her life, but at the same time, she was overcome with the guilt of abandoning him. |

s h o u ld i g i v e u p o r s h o u l d i just keep chasing pavements even though it
[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,10,true][atrb=style,background-image: url('http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g79/Juliart/background_black.jpg');,true][cs=2] L E A D S T O N O W H E R E | [atrb=width,240] As soon as the words escaped his lips Teagan spun around to face him. She looked completely out of place in the club – she seemed jumpy and uncomfortable. It reminded him of how she had acted on the night she had broken it off with him. He had known even back then that something was not quite right with Teagan but he had put it to the back of his mind not wanting to give her the satisfaction of hearing him beg for the reason as to why she was leaving him. To save face he had merely told her to go screw herself and turned his back on her, avoiding her texts and phone calls ever since. Wyatt did not take very well to getting ditched by a girl – it was normally him breaking hearts, not the other way around. That was not to say he hadn’t had his fair share of hearts to stamp all over since his break up with Teagan. It gave him some sort of a cruel satisfaction to watch a poor girl’s heart shatter beneath him and moving on to the next one. If they had been stupid enough to fall for his charms then that’s what they deserved…right? Wyatt believed he was simply doing them a favour – it was character building, teaching them a life lesson or whatever else you wanted to call it. Had he not learnt the hard way after all? Admittedly Teagan had never had his heart completely…but he allowed her fingertips to brush against it if not take it from him fully. Wyatt had always been closely guarded and even to let Teagan get that close to him was a huge step…and then she went and royally messed it up. Sometimes when he was alone he’d think about what had happened between them, wondered she why she had so abruptly left him with no feasible explanation. If he had said those three little words to her would she have thought twice and breaking it off with him? It wasn’t that Wyatt hadn’t loved Teagan, because he was sure he did but he didn’t like anyone having the upper hand on him, not even her. He felt like if he had told her he loved her then he’d have lost the control he had over himself and that was too much of big step for him, and now clearly he had paid the price.
A small smirk slid across his face as he could see anger flash across her features. Good. He wanted to wind her up…it was the least she deserved for the humiliation she had put him through. ”That’s a shame…” he told her, lifting a hand up to brush her long curls from out of her eyes. ”That bout of celibacy you’ve put yourself through since being with me really doesn’t bode well for you T…you look…frustrated” he finished a little harshly, dropping his arm back down to his side. Of course she didn’t look frustrated at all and seemed to be nothing short of being terrified. Still, that didn’t get her off the hook in Wyatt’s eyes. She had been the one to come to the club in the first place and the twenty three year old was big on playing games. Truthfully Wyatt was not entirely sure if Teagan had been with anyone at all since him, but from the close watch he had tried to keep on her it didn’t seem like she had and his comments were merely just a way of confirming his prediction. It was written all over her face that she didn’t want to be stood in the middle of a strip club talking to her ex-boyfriend but Wyatt was not about to make it easy on her. Her arms remained close to her body and she looked like she was attempting to make herself as small as possible to ensure no one touched her. Wyatt simply rolled his eyes at her…what did she expect from a strip club? Of course there would be people leering at her.
When she told him quietly that she wanted to talk to him, he studied her face for a few moments. Talk to him about what? He sure as hell had nothing to say to her. ”Talk to me about what?” he questioned her crossly. ”Come to offer your condolences about how my mom’s dead?” he continued “…because you’re a little bit too late if you are,” he finished bitterly. Teagan had ended things with him only a couple of days before his mother’s car accident and Wyatt had been left with nothing after his dad had finally turned his back on him and at the time it had felt like he had too many losses to grieve for in one period .Looking back into her porcelain face Wyatt shrugged his shoulders. “Make it quick…I’m working,” he said irritably, gesturing to the atmosphere around him. Of course that was not entirely true but what else was he supposed to do? Offer her a drink and reminisce about the good old days? He couldn’t deny however that he was at least a little bit curious as to why she had embraced his strip club and come looking for him in the place she had avoided the most.

585 WORDS FOR WYATT meow they're so cute <3 HERE is her outfit. DREAM | [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=style, background-color: #6d6d6d;]she felt uncomfortable being here. obviously. the men looking at her, despite the obvious fact that she was not one of the dancers or even worked at the club. in fact, just the fact that they were looking at her made her cringe in fear. she hated this paranoia that followed her, but it couldn't be helped. it was a new, first instinct that she couldn't rid of. the eyes, the face, the hair, everything about that night washed over her and she felt her heart begin to pound faster and faster as she looked. as she whirled around to face wyatt, a split second of relief and gratitude flooded her, but then it was immediately overcome by anger and pain. his words were painful and she flinched slightly as he reached to brush the curls away from her eyes. she instantly began to mentally kick herself. stop flinching. it's just wyatt. she knew that it was noticeable and wished she could've taken it back. she tried so hard not to give off any idea that something had happened to her, but it was impossible for teagan. lately, she was like an open book to the people around her that knew her, but she blamed it on the stress of work and following her dream, instead of being honest.
his words were harsh and she bit the inside of her bottom lip, unsure of how to even respond. shock and disbelieve were written all over her features as she stood there, taking the snide comments from her ex. she could understand him being angry at her and she didn't blame her, but this was a lot, even for wyatt. at least, to teagan they were. she wasn't used to being treated like this by him. "excuse me, just because i don't go--...," she couldn't finish her snarky statement because she instantly regretted it. she didn't come here to fight, she simply wanted to be back in his life. to win him back. despite what he might have thought of their relationship, teagan truly did need him by her side. he took care of her better than any other man had and he knew her better than anyone. granted, teagan worried about whether or not he truly cared about her, seeing as he never said those three words. she thought about them often, but couldn't bring herself to be the first one to say them, though she knew he did care and was devoted to her in his own way.
"Come to offer your condolences about how my mom’s dead?…because you’re a little bit too late if you are." his response was incredibly harsh and she was taken back. and the anger within her began to rise. "what the fuck is wrong with you, wyatt? i tried. i called. i texted. i tried to come see you and all you've done is avoided me without letting me try to talk or explain myself. please, i just need to talk to you in private. please," she begged him quietly, getting closer to him. she finally looked up at him, her blue eyes meetings his and the pain and frustration was written across her face and was obvious. she needed to talk to him and she could feel her eyes welling up. she inhaled deep breaths a few times to relax her. she couldn't get this worked up. she needed him to just talk to her and listen to her. she needed to explain everything.

s h o u ld i g i v e u p o r s h o u l d i just keep chasing pavements even though it
[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,10,true][atrb=style,background-image: url('http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g79/Juliart/background_black.jpg');,true][cs=2] L E A D S T O N O W H E R E | [atrb=width,240] The more Wyatt allowed his eyes to bore into Teagan’s, the more he came to understand that she didn’t appear to be the same person she used to be. The twenty year old was known for her bubbly personality and had bags of confidence and now she looked a shadow of her former self. Wyatt attempted to brush the thoughts from his mind – after all she wasn’t his problem anymore…right? His eyes narrowed a little as she flinched when his fingers brushed against her hair. What the hell was going on with her? Did she really hate him that badly that she couldn’t stand to have him touch her? Taking a small step back from her he dropped his eyes from her gaze…just what kind of a game was she playing? One moment it was as though she was desperate to speak to him, and then next Wyatt felt like she wanted to get out of the place as fast as she possibly could.
Wyatt’s eyes lingered on her lip as she gently bit down on it – probably in order to stop herself rising to his bait. He raised an eyebrow as words began to spill from her mouth but she stopped in mid-sentence obviously not wanting to argue with him. ”Well I assumed that you’d be making me most of single life…I know I certainly have,” he told her as a small smirk curled onto his lips. If there was anything Wyatt was not any good at it was thinking before he spoke. He was simply the kind of person that would go ahead and say the first thing that came into his head and not really give a crap about the consequences. He was still stuck in the bitter post break up stage with Teagan and he was finding it incredibly difficult to just let it go and move on which was why she was now on the receiving end of his frustrations. He wanted to hurt her like she had done him which he believed to only be fair.
Wyatt knew immediately he had hit a nerve when a flash of anger swept across Teagan’s face. As much as he wanted to, he could not blame his ex-girlfriend for the lack of contact on her part because she was one of the first people that had attempted to call him when the news of Claire Cunningham’s death had surfaced within the town. Wyatt furrowed his brow in the moments that Teagan complained that he had not given her the opportunity to explain herself properly. Had he not questioned her at the time about why she was breaking up with him? After her feeble excuses he didn’t see the point in dragging the whole thing out and so he had simply just pushed her out of his life completely which hadn’t been easy and with Teagan just turning up unannounced at the club was only likely to add to the confusion.
Briefly Wyatt tore his eyes away from Teagan to glance around the club – the customers were flooding in rapidly and Wyatt was almost certain it was now gone midnight. Looking back at the girl stood before him he could see that tears were threatening to fall. He couldn’t help but feel a little irritated by her actions. What right did she have to come waltzing into his club demanding to talk to him when she had made it pretty clear not so long ago that she didn’t want anything more to do with him. ”Don’t start crying Teagan…it won’t get you anywhere…” he told her firmly, glancing down at the floor. ”You’ve got five minutes and it better be good,” he added, as he turned on his heel and pushed his way through the crowds in headed of one of the back rooms. Passing through the bar, Wyatt inclined his head to check that Teagan was following him. He nodded to one of the barmaids and slid through the back door which led into a dimly lit corridor. ”So what do you want?” he asked, turning his eyes upon Teagan as he leaned casually up against the stone wall.

833 WORDS FOR WYATT meoww they're so precious! HERE is her outfit. DREAM | [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=style, background-color: #6d6d6d;]to be completely honest, teagan was shocked at the way wyatt was treating her. after all, he had never been one to speak to her in this tone, even when they did have their fights as a couple. then again, she had to keep reminding herself that she had broken up with him right before his mother passed away and his father cut him off. however, teagan never expected him to be so horrible towards her. she kept biting her lip when he made more snide remarks and she forced herself to keep her mouth shut and her tongue held. she really was not in the mood to fight with him. she searched his face with her eyes in disbelief that this was the person she was hopelessly in love with and here he was completely tearing her apart with merely words. she felt guilty, as though she really did deserve it, but teagan was smarter than that. she knew she didn't exactly deserve this much hatred towards her.
she sighed heavily and noticed him searching her features, confused slightly at her jumpy persona and the way she was behaving. she had to admit, that anyone that knew her would know this wasn't the same teagan. the day right after the rape, she walked around as though the light switch had been shut off. her glowing, cheerful eyes were dead and there was a lack of excitement. considering that she was the only child and her parents were never around, no one at home really took note. her mother, who was her best friend, had simply believed it whenever teagan replied with being stressed with work. her father never really paid much attention so teagan didn't need to worry about him. it seemed the only people that truly took note were her co-workers and her friends, and especially her two dogs who constantly nudged at her to play with them and teagan could only curl up and push them away from her. she had ended things with wyatt to help herself cope with her fears of the men around her. even her co-workers and being around the men she worked with was hard for her. she had to force herself to remain calm. she developed insomnia and became easily frustrated with herself at simple tasks.
she didn't even notice her eyes naturally beginning to well up and the fact that she felt the impulse to cry at the way he was treating her. it wasn't until he commented on it that she realized she was close to tears. she shook her head and ignored the comment, annoyed by the fact that he seemed to be making a joke of how she felt. he turned on his heels and she wordlessly followed him, making sure to avoid the men who were eyeing her. her heels clicked against the ground and her heart was pounding in her chest, the only two sounds she could realy hear as she followed closely behind him. he ducked into a small back room and she slipped inside, shutting the door behind her. she stared at the door handle in her hands for a few moments, unsure if she really wanted to do this. would he want to hear what she had to say to him? would he care? she took a deep breath. so what do you want? his words were cold and she grew frustrated, but attempted to relax herself.
she whipped around to face him, but she couldn't bring her eyes to look at him. it was another habit she acquired. the fear of making eye contact with men. she hated the vulnerability and fear that had been instilled into her by her rape, but she couldn't really avoid it either. "i'm sorry. i'm so, so sorry about your mother, wyatt. i can't even imagine how it must feel," she started quietly, unable to look at him. she didn't mean to just abandon him when he needed her the most. "wyatt, i know you're upset at me, okay? but ignoring my texts and calls? i tried so hard to be there for you and i feel so awful that i couldn't be by your side when all of that shit happened," she continued. "look, i know you're upset at me because of the break up thing, but i promise i have a good reason. i just really needed time to figure it out, okay? you have to trust me on that." she could feel her stomach churning. before her was the man she was wildly in love with and she wasn't sure of how to explain her feelings to him. she shook her head, covering her face in frustration with her hand. "look, i miss you, so much, wyatt. i fucked up and i understand that. i'm sorry," she apologized quietly, staring at the ground. |

In his twenty three years of life, Wyatt was far too used to making girls cry and had built up immunity to its effect on him. Seeing that Teagan was obviously upset however did begin to make him feel a little guilty – especially as he was probably the main cause of her anguish. He was not entirely sure why he was being so off with her and simply put it down to something in his brain making him act the way he was - then again it could have had something to do with the crap he had been allowing into his bloodstream but he usually chose to believe that it solved a lot more problems than it caused. Wyatt could see the shock that flashed across her face as though she was surprised at how he was acting with her – after all Teagan had never been exposed to the full extent of his personality and ever since she had met him she had put him on a pedestal that he didn’t deserve. Typically Wyatt’s persona was incredibly flawed but Teagan had somehow seen past all that and chose to see the good side of him only.
Whilst Teagan did her best to avoid looking into his face, Wyatt kept his eyes fixed firmly upon her features. Allowing a small frown to form across his face, the twenty three year old remained silent as he waited for her to explain what it was she was doing here. For the moment he said nothing as her condolences began to spill from her mouth. ”So everyone keeps telling me…” he replied, with a sight shrug of his shoulders. If the situation surrounding Claire Cunningham’s accident hadn’t been so devastating Wyatt would have almost found it almost amusing that everyone was walking on egg shells around him, struggling to find the right words to say, afraid of saying something that my trigger a bad reaction. Perhaps there would have been more suitable ways of pulling himself back to reality than relying on illegal substances as a coping mechanism but it had certainly done its job. Not to mention he had turned the whole thing around into a money making scheme which in turn only encouraged his ambition to stand on his own two feet since being cut off from the rest of his family. Wyatt didn’t say anything in response to Teagan’s ramblings about how she had wanted to be there for him when everything seemed to be falling apart – as far as he was concerned what was done was done. Nothing was going to bring his mother back, nothing would mend their broken relationship, and nothing was going to get his father on his side.
Wyatt’s eyes narrowed as she went on to assure him that she understood why he had been angry with her about their sudden and abrupt break up. Agitation quickly began to build up within his blood until he could bite his tongue no longer. ”You can’t just tell me that you had a good reason for ending things and then not tell me what it is Teagan…you should know that would piss me off,” he told her as he refrained from raising his voice. The last thing he needed was other people listening in on his business. He remained quite still as Teagan covered her face with her hand and admitted that she had missed him. As much as he wanted to reach out and pull her into a hug, he didn’t. He had too much pride – that was always going to be his downfall. ”Why are you telling me all of this T?” he asked her quietly as he briefly looked down towards the ground. He didn’t understand what it was she wanted to achieve and he sure as hell didn’t know where she was going with it all.

833 WORDS FOR WYATT it'll get better, i swear!!! HERE is her outfit. DREAM | [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=style, background-color: #6d6d6d;]it was frustrating that teagan was unsure of what to say to him. she didn't want to hurt him at all, but it seemed like that was all she was doing, seeing as she couldn't find the proper words to tell him. she mentally continued to kick herself as they stood in the confined space. teagan was obviously frustrated with herself. she didn't mean to put herself in this situation nor did she want wyatt to completely block her out of his life because of what silly mistake she had made. if there was anything she wanted more than life itself, it was to have wyatt back so that she could be content again. he kept her smiling. she saw past anything bad about him. she believed in them working things out between them. they had been through their fair share of fights themselves and she knew they could make it through this, though she was now seeing that it was going to be harder.
she wanted so badly to make up some excuse as to why she ended it with him. she hadn't even thought about how he would handle the news of his own girlfriend being raped. the only thought she had was to just end it with him so she wouldn't have to face telling him. she was humiliated and blamed herself for what had happened to her and didn't expect wyatt to think differently. it wasn't because she thought he disrespected her at all, but she merely forgot about everyone else and for once, was selfish. his words were calm and she could tell he was holding some emotion back. if there was anyone she knew almost as well as herself, it was teagan. she chose to ignore his negative traits and focused on how happy he had made her and how well he had treated her, which was the reason why she had forced herself to come to this god-awful place, at least in her opinion.
despite hating the club, teagan decided to come down here as her last resort. it was something she was willing to do if it meant winning back the love of her life. why are you telling me this now, t? his voice seemed semi-strained and she knew she had to say something to fix the problem. she wanted so badly to just avoid the rape altogether. maybe he'd believe some bullshit story that she could give him. granted, she knew he knew her way better than that. "i really need you back in my life wyatt. i know i told you i wanted to end things. i know that and it was so stupid of me. please, i need you back in my life. i miss you and i still care about you more than anything," she answered him quietly. she felt her heart pounding louder. though this was true, she knew it wasn't the real reason as to why she came here. yes, she needed him back, but she really wanted to be honest with him, but she couldn't. it was so difficult for her to be honest and just tell him in fear of what he would say. "please. i'm so sorry about the things i said, but i...i love you," she added quietly. she couldn't look at him. it was hard and she could feel her hands trembling. it was frustrating that she couldn't even look him in the eyes because of what had happened to her.

Wyatt just simply stared down at Teagan…waiting for her to say something. It was plain to see that she was struggling to find the words to get across to him whatever it was she had come to tell him but he wasn’t exactly making things easy for her. As the twenty three year old folded his arms across his chest the door opposite the two of them burst open and three scantily clad dancers came piling into the corridor in fits of giggles. When they caught sight of what they had walked in on they fell silent unsure of what to do with themselves. [color=0040FF ]”Just give us a minute…”

[/color] Wyatt requested as he watched them fall back through the door to the main bar. ”Cornering me at work was never a good set up for a chat Teagan so whatever it is you want to say then spit it out…” he told her as he turned his eyes back upon hers. He could almost read the longing expression that was etched across her face and for a moment he felt afraid of what it was she was going to say to him. . It took a good few moments for his brain to register what Teagan had just confessed. Maybe if she hadn’t waited as long as she did to tell him that she had made a mistake when she broke it off with him things may have been different but now? He wasn’t so sure. To even contemplate allowing himself back into a relationship with every other aspect of his life screwed up would be mere suicide. As she stood there avoiding his gaze the anger and bitterness Wyatt had felt towards her over the past weeks seemed to suddenly dissolve and even to his surprise those feelings were beginning to be replaced by pity. When she told him that she loved him he felt as though his insides go numb as though his blood had frozen up. Even when they had been together the two of them had never voiced the ‘L’ word to one another even though the feelings had been there. ”Teagan…don’t…just don’t,” he said quietly and It was his turn to revert his eyes from her face to anywhere else. Wyatt didn’t know what else to say or how to explain to her why the two of them couldn’t just pick up where they had left off. Admittedly he had let things slide since the two of them were together and to be with Teagan again would be involving her in everything else he had fucked up in. Her morals were in the right place, she was ambitious and good and he would feel like he would be dirtying her up if he got involved with her again. He couldn’t drag her into his latest craze…not to mention have any involvement in the dodgy he deals he made to get extra cash on top of what the club made.Typically speaking their values were entirely different and Wyatt cared enough about Teagan to not be selfish with her. He’d simply ruin her life one way or another whether it be in one week or ten years. Reaching out a hand he allowed it to collide with the side of her face and he forced her to look at him. ”Teagan I’ll always care about you…but we’re over…and you should probably leave,” he told her, swallowing hard as his hand dropped back down to his side. 585 WORDS FOR WYATT sorry i took so long!!!! HERE is her outfit. DREAM | [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,450,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=style, background-color: #6d6d6d;]"this is the only way i can get you to talk to me, wyatt," she pleaded quietly. it was useless trying to argue with him, but she wanted to at least try. she needed him more than anything. shit. her thoughts were blurred as she looked at him looking at her, trying to figure her out. on the way here, all teagan asked herself was why the fuck was she doing this. she wanted him so badly to be back in her life and she knew she was screwing things up by trying to rekindle things. people told her it wasn't worth it to get back together with him. her parents, however, knew that the stress and tiredness was because of her loss of wyatt. at least, that's what they assumed was the matter with her. she could see him averting her gaze and she could've started crying then and there. she hated that he couldn't even look her in the eyes. at least she knew she was weak, but wyatt had always been the strength behind her, emotionally.
”Teagan…don’t…just don’t." instantly, she found herself panicking and trying to fix things immediately. no, she needed him to listen to her and understand that she needed him. "wyatt, things will change. i made a mistake, please," she tried to force out. she needed a way to change his mind and she felt her head getting light as she felt herself getting frustrated and hurt and confused. the stress and the guilt of everything that had happened recently was killing her and starting to take a toll as she felt herself getting light headed. his hand touched the side of her face and his words were slightly comforting, but teagan knew they weren't enough. she really needed him to be back and when he told her they were over and she should go, teagan felt something inside that she couldn't really process properly. the rejection of the person that meant the most to her hit her and she felt her stomach churn, like there was a pit in her stomach and then it happened.
the words she swore that she would never say to anyone in an attempt to not seem weak suddenly just dribbled out of her mouth, following the tears that welled in her eyes. "wyatt, please. i was raped," she whispered hoarsely. the r-word was like a ghost, barely making it out of her mouth in a barely audible whisper. she bit her lip and her eyes narrowed, trying to fend off the tears that finally began to fall. she clamped her hand over her mouth and backed away from him, realising what she had just said to him. she rested back against an empty space on the wall and leaned her body against it, crying at the truth, crying at her weakness, and crying at the fact that she couldn't afford to lose him. the time spent without wyatt killed her, especially not being able to be honest with him about what had happened to her and the reason. she sunk down onto the floor and buried her face in her hands, resting her forehead on her knees. "i'm sorry," she blubbered, hating the feeling of vulnerability. she was fearful of how he would react, knowing that she really had fucked everything up between them.
